Donald Trump took to his struggling Truth Social platform to unload over the news that Special Counsel Jack Smith has obtained a damning audio recording of a 2021 meeting in which the former acknowledges he held onto a classified Pentagon document.
The audio undercuts the twice-impeached one-term President’s argument that he declassified everything because he admits that the document is not declassified.

I did nothing wrong, they did, and have been doing so for a long time,” he wrote. “GREAT POLL NUMBERS – ELECTION INTERFERENCE!!!”
