During Thursday’s debate, Republican Congressman Jeff Crank was booed by the audience when he feigned not knowing Trump had just signed another executive order renaming Lake Ontario to Lake America to punish Canada.
During this segment, the debate host asked Democratic hopeful Jessica Killin and Rep. Jeff Crank to agree or disagree with Trump’s many ridiculous renaming projects.

KILLIN: Sorry, I didn’t hear that one.
HOST: Lake Ontario or Lake America. The President issued an order changing the name.
KILLIN: Lake Ontario.
CRANK: I’m unaware of what’s the reference.
HOST: What he did this morning, changed the name. He changed the name to Lake America.
CRANK: I don’t know; I have other more pressing issues I’m working on. Goodness.
HOST: Mr. Crank, Department of Defense or Department of War?
CRANK: Department of War.
HOIST: Ms. Killen?KILLIN: I don’t believe there’s been an act of Congress that has been signed yet that actually changed the name, so it’s the Department of Defense.
Killin is in a tight race with the incumbent and may be the first Democrat to win that seat in Colorado Springs’ congressional district.
