Roger Stone Under Investigation For Remarks Made About Assassinating Members Of Congress

Roger Stone and a former NYPD officer were recorded talking about (plotting) assassinating two Democratic members of Congress – Eric Swalwell and Jerry Nadler, two targets of Trump and the right wing echo chamber due to their strong anti-Trump stance.

Mediaite reported that just weeks before the 2020 election, Stone and an “associate” named Sal Greco sat at a restaurant in Florida and talked about Stone’s desire for both Congressmen to be literally MURDERED.

He said: “It’s time to do it. Let’s go find Swalwell. It’s time to do it. Then we’ll see how brave the rest of them are. It’s time to do it. It’s either Nadler or Swalwell has to die before the election. They need to get the message. Let’s go find Swalwell and get this over with. I’m just not putting up with this shit anymore.”

Stone also wanted harm to befall a Justice Department prosecutor, Aaron Zelinsky. Zelinsky led a case against stone for his obstruction case related to the Mueller probe. Stone was caught on tape urging Greco to “punish” Zelinsky, saying “He needs to be punished. You have to abduct him and punish him. That has to be done. It will be easy to abduct him because he is a weakling.”

Obviously Stone denied making the comments. Stone posted on twitter the following statement: “I never spoke about assassinating anyone. Fake Mediaite can’t produce the recording they claim to have. Mediaite called his bluff and published the tapes.

Whoopsie poopsie!

Well, now it looks like the Capitol Police and FBI are investigating Stone’s remarks. Threatening to assassinate members of Congress is the kind of thing that gets you locked up for years. Not joking. And having it on a recording? Pretty much nail in your coffin.

Fingers crossed this sociopath finally gets his comeuppance and serves some real time.
