Law Enforcement: ‘Zero’ People Were Crying When Trump Was Arrested

In a clip for Tucker Carlson’s upcoming interview with Donald Trump, the former President claimed that when he was arrested this month that people at the “jail” were crying. Most of us remember law enforcement not opening the door for Trump, but he remembers things differently. Quelle surprise!

“When I went to the courthouse, which is also a prison in a sense, they signed me in, and I’ll tell you, people were crying. People that worked there, professionally worked there, that have no problems putting in murderers … It’s a tough, tough place. And they were crying,” he insisted. “They were actually crying. They said, ‘I’m sorry.'”

Law enforcement begs to differ.

A law enforcement source told Yahoo News that Trump’s claims are “absolute BS” and don’t remotely resemble what took place.

“Zero,” said the source when asked how much truth there was to Trump’s colorful account. “There were zero people crying. There were zero people saying ‘I’m sorry.'”

The source added that with the exception of Trump’s lawyers and Secret Service agents, the former President interacted only with a handful of district attorney employees at the courthouse and had extremely limited exposure with others during his arraignment.

Even Trump’s family members, including his wife-bot, failed to support him as he surrendered to the authorities. If they don’t care, why should perfect strangers? Besides, Melania is probably out hooking up with Pete Davidson after Lumpy’s arrest.
