Former President Donald Trump’s attorneys were in attack mode today after the one termer’s former attorney, and fixer Michael Cohen testified for about three hours Monday before a grand jury in N.Y. over evidence of the former president’s alleged role in a hush payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels. Cohen isn’t taking their shit.
Cohen learned that loyalty to Trump is a one-way street. Ultimately, he was sentenced to three years in federal prison and ordered to pay a $50,000 fine after pleading guilty to tax evasion and campaign finance violations. To make matters worse for Cohen, he was officially disbarred by the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division. Trump took his life, juggled it like Scrabble pieces, then threw it on the wall.
And Cohen had quite a few things to say about Trump’s current attorneys who are attacking him.
“They look like they’re fucking weak,” Cohen said on the Meidas Touch podcast. “They smell of fear. And that’s exactly what’s going on here… There’s a whole slew of information that corroborates every single statement that I made.”
Cohen paid $130,000 in hush money to Daniels near the end of the 2016 campaign to keep her quiet about a sexual encounter she claimed to have had with Trump. Trump has denied that he had an affair with Daniels, even though she never claimed that it was an affair. It was a one-time thing. Allegedly!
