Donald Trump was just handed what may be the most devastating ruling in recent memory. Judge Aileen Cannon’s super special ruling halting the document review by the DOJ and granting a Special Master was just thrown out by the 3-judge panel from the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals – a panel made up of one Bush 43 judge and 2 Trump appointed judges, so no “Obama/Clinton SUPER LIBERAL JUDGES” here.
