If any of us were in a shitload of trouble, we would have the common sense not to attack the person investigating us, but Donald Trump is doing just that. And he’s not just going after Special Counsel Jack Smith, but he has gone after his family members, too. Trump is throwing anything he can at Smith, who has a very impressive resumé. Trump fucked around, and Smith leads the found out department.
So, Lumpy took to Truth Social to air his grievances while spinning conspiracy theories.
“And I’m supposed to get a fair shake from this person, who’s under tremendous pressure from his family, but he is actually worse than they are?” he asked. “Can Republicans, and fair-minded people, generally, allow this to happen? Jack Smith is nothing less than a hit man for Obama, his Attorney General Eric Holder, and Andrew Weissmann. Weaponization. Our Country is in big trouble, a real mess!”
“When will you invade Bill and Hillary’s home in search of the 33,000 emails she deleted AFTER receiving a subpoena from the U.S. Congress?” he continued in another post. “When will you invade the other Presidents’ homes in search of documents, which are voluminous, which they took with them, but not nearly so openly and transparently as I did?”
Then he called Smith a “weaponized monster.”
“This fully weaponized monster, Jack Smith, shouldn’t be let anywhere near the political persecution of “President Donald J. Trump.” I did nothing wrong on January 6th, and nothing wrong with the Democrats’ fix on the Document Hoax, that is, unless the six previous Presidents did something wrong also,” he wrote.
“Many Republican Judges go out of their way to show they are beyond reproach, & will come down hard on people before them in order to prove they cannot be “bought” or in any way show favor to those who appointed them. People, including me, are oftentimes shocked by the lack of courage and wisdom shown,” he added. “As soon as they get appointed, they go “ROGUE!” Democrat Judges are the exact opposite in attitude – Screw you, this guy appointed me, I’m a Democrat all they way, you don’t have a chance. So SAD!”
On an aside, why did he put his name in quotes? That gets to me. And why is “ROGUE” in quotes, too? I need to stop trying to figure him out. Also, what in the hell is this: “I’m a Democrat all they way, you don’t have a chance.”
I’m sure that makes sense to someone — somewhere. Maybe.
